Q: My truck won't start I put up the spark plugs there's a little bit of water but the water is not mixing with the oil

I have a Ford Explorer 2000 V8 5.0 I was driving it up the hill one of my hoses came off shot all my radiator fluids I want you to engine didn't realize the truck overheated and stopped so I got a towed ot the house change the radiator the hoses the alternator and the starter.. the truck still didn't start so I took out the spark plugs and there was a little bit of water on them.. so I check the oil but it doesn't look like the waters mixing with it
