Q: Poor fuel mileage

My truck in the city get 13 to 14 miles per gallon. On the highway with cruise set at 65 it gets 10 to 11. Why is that? I have replaced the spark plugs the oil the camshaft positioning sensor the EGR valve

My car has 67000 miles.
