Q: My Sebring crysler keeps turning off while I’m at a stop sign or red light. It turns on every time but it shut off 3 times

asked by on November 15, 2017

My car has been shutting off on me. It’s not every day but it does it maybe 1 or 2 times a week. Today it shut off 3 times on me while I was at a res light , or when I’m at a complete stop. I recently got a new manifold and altanator with new belt. I’m starting to think if I should just sell my car. Went to firestone today and they said they don’t know what’s wrong unless an engine light comes on ( diagnostic test). I don’t know what to do. Should I sell the car before it gets worse? Is this common ? If I should sell it how much should I sell it for with only 76,000 miles on it and 07 with new altanator and manifold.
My car has a manual transmission.
