Q: My passenger brake light is not functioning.

asked by on March 01, 2017

My "Lamp Out" indicator is on. Checked all lights and found my passenger brake light was the cause. I replaced the bulb with a brand new bulb and it still did not come on. I checked the fuses and they are not blown. I removed the bulb, swapped it to the driver side to make sure the bulb was working. I removed the corresponding fuse and cleaned it and put it back. Brake light is still out. What is the next step?

My car has 140000 miles.
