Q: My mustang GT 2010 has 2 catalytic converters, my question is if i can delete just one, and the car will be fine?

My car has 2 catalytic converter, so i wanted to sound louder but deleting both cats will be a lot louder, so my question is if i can delete just one cat? will the car run fine? is there any problems on deleting one cat?
