Q: My manual gear box is starting to get a little bit "clunky" as i change gears, is there an additive i can add to the gear oil?
As I change gears I have noticed the gear box feels a bit "clunky". I understand that the vehicle's mileage is high but it runs very well besides this so I wanted to know if there is an oil additive i can add to the gear oil that might tighten thing up a bit? Or would you recommend changing the gear oil to a more viscous grade? The gear oil was dropped just last year.
