My keypad on the exterior of my 2014 F150 is not working. When I press any button on it, the buttons all illuminate as normal, but if I enter the code as normal, it will not unlock the doors.

I had the truck serviced and when it was returned, the keypad entry did not work and the "My Key" had been removed from the system. I was able to re-install the "My Key" back into the truck.

I have tried to enable the keypad by entering the factory code...which I have...then pushing and holding the 3-4 button, pressing and releasing the 7-8 button, then releasing the 3-4 button, but that did not fix it.

How do I fix it?

My car has 85000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
