Q: My coolant has changed from pinkish to dark brown.

asked by on March 18, 2018

The car originally had green coolant but I figured that a coolant flush was needed so I flushed the car with radiator flush and distilled water. I did the process until the radiator was releasing clear fluid. I filled the radiator with Zerex Asian formula that was pink color. For the first four days it remained the pink color but now it has turned a dark brown color. Please help. Thank you.

My car has 66000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
