Q: My 2000 Honda Accord instrument and panel lights are out.
My cars a 2000 Honda Accord. My cars driving lights that light up my dash at night and illuminate the dash and my controls for the ac as well as my tail lights are out. I've replaced the fuse and it keeps blowing it and I've even replaced the fuse box where the fuse is located and where all the wires on my passenger side plug into and it still does it... please help
