My car has 170000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

I would not assume that your Stratus is having an engine compression issue. It’s probably an ignition system component failure; such as a distributor, coil or the cam position sensor. I would recommend having one of our mobile mechanics complete a car is hard to start inspection.
