Q: My car will occasionally not start

asked by on

Hi I've been having a few problems starting up my car. It doesn't do it all the all time but it would do it first thing in the morning or if the car had been left for a while but it doesn't do it on every start up. I have changed the battery and it is still doing it. The car is a Y reg ford focus. I just wondered if you could suggest anything as if I was to bring the car to you it may not happen when we go to start it and wondered if there was a way of it being diagnosed? Thanks Mark

My car has 120000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
