Q: Car does not start
before this happend, my car radio and dashboard gauges were fluttering. when I went to stop, my car would jump a little. I would try to accelerate, and my car had no get-up! my radio was also cutting in and out then stopped working. my lights, windshield wipers, and windows were/are still working, just a lot slower than normal. please help me !
