Q: my car turned off while going through a flooded parking lot what happened?

i drove my car through a flooded parking lot and it turned off on me and had to push it out and had to get it jump started after wards and when it turned on it was throwing white smoke out of the exaust for like 10 seconds then it went away what do you think happened?

My car has 62000 miles.
