I turn on my car and now and then as I am driving if I accelerate it shakes sometimes at 10mph other times at 20mph it’s always while I accelerante. I had a mechanic check it and he said that it’s the throttle body and that I would need to replace it, is that really it or is it not that.

My car has 40000 miles.
