Q: My car ran oit of gas. I went and filled up a gas can and put it in . My car still won't start

I ran out of gas then I went and filled up a gas can and put it in my car. And it still won't start. I turned the key back and forth and still no start. It's on a very bad block and I'm really trying to get it moved
