Q: My car is sticking when I shift into or out of reverse.

Getting my car from park into reverse is very difficult. Then getting it out of reverse to drive is also very difficult. What could be causing this? My car sat for months this summer because of operations I had.

My car has 123000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
