Q: my car is not starting.we changed the part that was the problem but its still not starting. any ideas on what it might be??

well my car broke down on the highway we managed to tow it to my house and we discovered it was the fuel pump but after we changed the pump the car still wont start i want to know what the issue might be before i sink a lot of money into it
