Q: My car is an audi a4 Quatro turbo 2.0 2007

asked by on January 06, 2018

I had an oil change done to my car. The oil mechanic put 10w30 instead of what is recommended in the manual. Now my car is struggling with the motor. The oil pressure malfunctions. They claim its not their fault. Are they at fault for the damages to my car? It's the wrong oil and now the car won't run good. There is also a less milage engine because audi replaced the old one.

My car has 161000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
