Q: My car is a 1974 Ford Bronco. I was driving doing about 35 when my car suddenly sputtered and died. Wont idle without foot on gas

asked by on May 11, 2017

My car isn't running right. Would run fine for a few minutes but then would die when I stopped at stop signs. Was going 35 just fine until it just died while my foot was on the gas pedal. After that I couldn't get it to go more than 2 minutes without dying. Has always had a problem starting but once it starts it never has had a problem until now.
My car has an automatic transmission.
