Q: my brake peddle is making a whoosing noise or like a hissing noise all the time

when i turn on my car the brake pedal automatically starts making a whoosing noise like there is air in the system. it stops when i brake and when i have my foot on the gas while driving. i saw maybe it could be a brake booster but wanna know because its very annoying noise
