Q: my audi a4 2004 1.8t does not go into first gear until you really rem it than it gets the rest of the gears just fine but also hap

when i turn on my car i let it warm up once i put it in reverse it does not back up until you really gas it same with the D mode but once it gets the first gear the rest gets it like normal, also has leaking oil from the bottom when i first noticed it.

My car has 180000 miles.
