My '99 Camry has been sitting in my garage for 7 months unattended because I bought a new car & have no use for the Camry anymore. I'm finally trying to sell the Camry, but there's a problem -- It won't turn on whenever I turn the key. No dash lights, no radio, no engine cranking noise, absolutely no power at all. The car was running just fine with no problems the last time I drove it (7 months ago). I suspect it may be a dead battery or bad cables, but I'm not sure. Advice?
