Q: My 2006 gs300 is running really rough. The car barely moves when in gear and almost stalls.

asked by on September 23, 2017

Hey i have a question. I bought a 2006 gs300 and it was having a lot of trouble starting. I changed the spark plugs, which were black and had oil on them, and the car now starts up pretty quick. However, before i changed them, when i used to put the car in gear, it would stall. After i changed them, when i put it into gear, the revs drop noticeably, and the throttle doesnt respond unless i floor it when in gear. When i floor it though, the car begins to choke. I already cleaned the throttle body, MAF, and changed O2 sensor, and changed the oil. The car is giving me code p0390 for a faulty camshaft position sensor, so i changed it, but it made no difference. Also the VSC light is on for some reason. I might have it towed to the dealer if i cant get an answer online. Do you have any ideas?
