Q: My 1997 328i bmw has a leak is over heating and wont idle properly sometimes it wont even start now.

asked by on July 05, 2017

My car is over heating, the hose connected to the bottom part of the radiator to the top of the engine is leaking from the top but i cant see exactly from where if its the hose not tighten properly or if there's a crack in the thermostat housing because its behind the hose clamp so i cant tell, also when i try to turn on my car it wont start or it has a really rough idle and unless i give it some gas it'll stall. I also smelled something burning when i had the air running.

My car has 180200 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
