Q: Engine dies and backfires
My 1992 Dodge B250 Van with 5.2l will all the sudden bog down lose power and sometimes die completely, other times it will die but cough and resume driving. When I do have to start it it backfires out exhaust and will start rough and smell rich, but will drive for a bit before doing it all over again. What could be the cause and How much to get someone to come out and look at it and possibly fix it?
