Q: Missing out and eratic stalling while shifting into 3rd gear

jeep idles perfect and on take off into 1st will sputter jump and backfire then smooth out for a few seconds and while shifting into 2nd and 3rd gear it will stall erratically and backfire nonstop we have replaced rotor button, spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, map sensor, and the throttle positioning sensor.

My car has 190000 miles.
