Q: Manual Release still not releasing parking break.
My car will not start, so starter probably locked, and not starting. So the next problem is the parking brake was on and that locked up the wheels, can not get it off by pushing the button down, si went in trunk and used red tool to pull up the parking brea release and the metal piece came up alot, but still seems break is engaged, because the car will not roll back while in neutral to put on flatbed.
