Q: Loud noise when car started in the cold morning, just replaced the fan, mechanic says its a new fan. My car is Nissan Maxima, 2000

Recently changed the radiator, condenser AND dual fan and its assembly, after driving for couple of days, on third day, today outside temperature was bit lower compare to last two days, and when I started the car, it makes bit louder noise, such that even inside the car you can hear the unusual noise. The noise level has gone down after driving for 15 minutes, but it is still there. and as per mechanic it is because new fan. I dont know why it is making the noise. any clue.
