Q: Loose electrical wire that i dont know what it connects to.

i recently got into an accident and upon replacing the bumper/headlight area on the passenger side, i came across a lose dangling electrical wire that i don't know what it goes to. it is under/around the windshield washer fluid tank. everything seems to be working except the horn.

My car has 78000 miles.
