Q: little or no heat

i have replaced the thermostat (195 degrees) 4 times. vehicle will not heat up past 150 degrees. i have flushed cooling system. temperature was verified by scanner and infra-red thermometer. thermostats all started opening around 150 degrees. vehicle is 2000 chevrolet with 2.2 engine and has 190,00 miles

My car has 192000 miles.
