If the lock cylinder rotates when the key is inserted but does not unlock, then either the linkage to the latch assembly has become disconnected or the latch is bad. In this case the door panel will need to be removed to diagnose the issue. If the lock cylinder will not turn with the it is an issue with the cylinder or the key. Check all keys to see if it a key related issue or if no keys can rotate the door lock the cylinder will need to be replaced. You may want to enlist the help of a mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, who has the tools and training to assist in this diagnosis and repair.
