Q: Just replace timing chain now im getting missfires codes

I just put a new timing chain on an 09 corolla with the 2zrfe motor in it now the car is giving me miss fire codes on all cylinders and a p0300 random miss fire if i delete the code it runs better but comes back. i lined all the markes up on timing chan i also had to replase the intake cam phazer cuz the teeth were broke and yes i unlocked and locked the phazer. The 2zrfe motor doesnt have all the same timing marks as the other motors but i lined up the lines like they were i noticed the chain has 1 colored link on crank shaft and exhuast cam but intake had 2 colored links i put the line in the middle of the 2 like it says to so did i screw up the timing chain install or is there another reason im getting the miss fires i dont have a timing light yet so i havnt checked it that way yet
