Two wks ago i replaced the driver's side tire and the front brakes. There is a knocking sound coming from what sounds like the driver's side tire. The steering wheel doesn't really shake but the knocking is loud and gets louder when accelerating and turning right. It seems to almost go away when i brake. There's also a noise that sounds like the tire is flat although it isn't....like rubber being stretched or pulled like wearing a leather jacket and then stretching your arms. Is that the serpentine belt? I need help. This is our only vehicle.
