Q: Just put a new battery in the camery and the lights work but power windows nor the radio doesn't work.

Car wouldn't start. Tried to jumpstart and when the cables were being hooked up on the other vehicle there were sparks. Put new battery in lights work, no radio, no dash lights, power windows doesn't work. Where do you start.

My car has 128000 miles.
