Q: Just a quick question

Had the car at the shop got the ignition coil replaced paid everything and then drove for an hour then another one went out he replaced the rest of the back ones and i put the new ones in the front i noticed black liquid in the bottom probably oil idk but im wondering if that was something to worry about or if the mechanic would have noticed that and would have told me if it was a big deal let me know what you guys think thank you
