2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport 22K miles -- daughter was driving and Jeep just shutdown. The Jeep restarted within 2-3 minutes. Didn't lose time or anything. No engine lights, no warnings, etc. Battery, alternator, starter all check out ok. 660 CCA battery showing 12.7 volts. Not sure if this is high. Could the alternator possibly be overheating? Found no loose ground wires, etc. Keeping an eye on the battery for corrosion, discharge. Not sure what else to look for. If it was just a spike in amperage (radio, heater, lights, etc. running), would it make sense to just replace the battery with (e.g. 720 or 1000 CCA Optima)? Anything thing else I should look for?
