My car has been at keys dealership since April 22nd. They said they had fixed the problem a week before and charged 2500.00. A week later we were told it needs a new transmission. They tried to have the car totaled for no reason. Then they charged my insurance company 11,000. Then they wanted 2500.00 more. They said it has to come from Korea. The transmission has been there and because we refused to pay the 2500..00 they have not worked on it. Is this common to pay so much?
