Q: Intake manifold control valve

asked by on

Can it be fix without replacement
My car has an automatic transmission.

Hello there, I am unsure of the meaning of your question for your 2013 Nissan Altima. The intake manifold control valve is used to control the intake runners. Intake runners control the amount of air coming into the intake. If the intake manifold control valve has failed it can cause the engine to run poorly. If you suspect a fault with the intake manifold control valve, have the system inspected so that the cheapest repair can be completed.
