Q: Installed a clutch plus master cylinder. Clutch seems to be not releasing right.

Installed new clutch found a bad master cly replaced it rebuilt slave cly. Up on Jack stands goes thru gears ok but rev not going in with slaming it. Take off stand feels like no clutch and brake locks up.
My car has a manual transmission.
