Q: Ignition lock replacement.

Standard US-279L Ignition Lock Cylinder - Chrome, Direct Fit. Saw one of these available with the two keys. My car has the Pats and the cylinder does also. Will the keys from the new cylinder work or will they need to be programmed?

My car has 78000 miles.
