Q: I started my car and it sounded okay but when I put it on drive it turns off but the car is still like on , music still playing,

I had a problem with coolant dissapearing and there being no visible leaks the past few days but before that I saw a puddle of coolant under car. It seems okay after I tightened cap so far., but my car is also getting low mpg, and it won’t turn over sometimes but when it usually does; I change gears and car turns off but the electricity is still running like music playing and the mph detecter is lit, once I managed to get it to run on reverse but brakes weren’t working and then it shut off. Please help car also car jolts when I shift gears heavily , it’s not overheating and I’m getting no service lights car looks great when you look at it from hood but when you drive it then one notices
