Q: I replaced the plugs after I was finished I start getting hesitation and shuttering periodically

After I did the plug job I also change the oil replace vVT solenoid found that they were clean there was no sludge build-up in the engine I'm fairly sure that I got all the porcelain from the broken plugs that had to be extracted out of the cylinders and again once I start the vehicle it runs smoothly once the system goes to a open-loop it runs rough ER maybe 2 miles and then it starts to smooth out again the problem is very periodic and I can't seem to pin it down any help would be greatly appreciated
