Q: AC Condenser

Been to the shop AC not cooling well....not cold as last year. Evacuated and refill and check. Small condenser line leak, and exchange valve malfunctioning. Replaced valve and checked pressures on compressor are low. Said electric fan not working car running normal not hot. But not even cool air.

My car has 62000 miles.
