Q: I need to figure how set a pin and drive for the cover on a wiper motor for a 99 Monte carlo

asked by on February 24, 2018

I bought a new wiper motor, I took the old wiper motor out. The new wiper motor doesn't come with a cover that contains a circuit board and a piece of plastic that says "caution position correctly" with 2 arrows. One arrow for the pin and the other for the drive. The plastic is shaped in a half circle. I just need to know how to position it to put back together as not to break anything upon starting the motor or having to disassemble it again.. PLEASE HELP!!!!

My car has 175000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
