I need to replace the transmission in my car it has a v8 351 Cleveland motor and I'm looking to put in a manual tranny instead of my current automatic will a manual transmission built for a v8 302 Cleveland work

I think these both take the same transmission for the Mach 1 since the Mach 1 had both engines and only came in the manual transmission. You should check with other Mach 1 owners to make sure before going through this change over.
