Q: I'm wondering about what's legal with me straight piped 1972 chevy c20

I have a 1972 chevy c20 with a straight pipe to after the cab I'm wondering now if it is legal in western Colorado. I'm located in the western slope I put this up as in Denver because it would not let me put in a question in my area.

My car has 83000 miles.
