Q: Clicking Sound

i hear a clicking when driving my car. I was in accident over year and few months ago where they replaced arm, bearings and whee hub on the front passenger and the rear bearing on back. the problem started again in jan and geico is not warranty the work. what could it be.

My car has 65000 miles.
