Q: I have an 1999 Honda Accord that the driver door will not open from the outside or inside. It's not the automatice locks or handle

The driver door will not open from the outside or inside. It's not the door handle or the locks, I'm able to unlock the doors, but have to enter on the passenger side. What cause the driver door not to open?

My car has 225000 miles.
