Q: I have an 08 Ford escape 2.3 and it shifts very hard goin into 2 and I have had alot of people tell me alot of different things

I have a 08 Ford escape 2.3 and it's been shifting into 2nd very hard and have asked a couple different people about it and all tell me something different so I had it ran for codes and go no codes on transmission and on engine I got intake manifold sensor and egr and I changed the intake manifold sensor and it's still doing the same thing and don't really know what to do cause I really don't think the egr is the problem either
