Q: Multiple issues
I have a saturn aura 2008 XE and everything was running smoothly until it started having trouble starting, the battery and the alternator are good but the starter was going bad so I recently got a new starter for it and had a mechanic install it but now it takes awhile for it to turn on and the RPM gauge arrow doesn't move when I'm driving and theres a check engine symbol on. Also, when I'm changing gears, it does it abruptly and forcefully, I feel each gear changing when I'm driving. I wanted to know if these issues could be a result of changing the starter or if installing it incorrectly could have caused these issues??
